Flex-Sil® is made from natural rubber, amorphous silica, and other minor ingredients. Introduced in 1978, Flex-Sil® quickly became the battery separator of choice for many deep-cycle applications where the battery needed to overcome antimony poisoning, and is still the best option to increase battery performance and decrease maintenance costs.
Flex-Sil® is the preferred separator in the electric golf car market, renewable energy, and other heavy-duty, deep-cycle applications. CellForce® is a hybrid rubber/PE battery separator designed for industrial traction and deep discharge cycling in lead-acid battery applications.
